The Baku City Department of Education (BCDE) heard reports on the work done by the structural units in the first half of 2021.

According to Tehsil.biz, the meeting was attended by Mehriban Valiyeva, Director of the ITUC, and heads of departments of the Department.

At the report meeting, reports were presented on the work done in different areas for six months, the measures taken in accordance with the identified activities and the results achieved.

The heads of the reporting departments made reports on the organization of education, improving the quality of education, projects, clerical work, procurement, public relations, training support and other topics.

The measures to be taken in the next six months, as well as the work to be done to fulfill the tasks ahead were discussed at the meeting.

Discussions were held on raising the professional level of teachers, continuous monitoring of student achievements, measures taken in connection with the current situation, promotion of distance learning and learning, student assessment, regulation of teacher-student-parent relations and other similar issues.

Ms. Valiyeva stressed the need to continue the success achieved as a result of effective activities.

The head of the department expressed confidence that the next half of the year will be marked by new opportunities and continued success. Ms. Valiyeva expressed her views on the perspective issues and forthcoming tasks in various areas, and gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
