Tomorrow, more than 16,000 entrants for the second specialty group will take the entrance exam

The State Examination Center (SEC) on July 15 in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Gazakh, Agstafa, Sumgayit, Absheron, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Agjabadi, Goychay, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad , Masalli, Guba and Khachmaz will hold entrance exams for higher education institutions on the II specialty group.

 

This was reported to Tehsil.biz by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It was noted that 16,757 entrants are expected to take part in the exams for the second specialty group.

 

The Ministry of Education and Science once again informs the entrants that the exams will start at 10:00. The admission mode ends 15 minutes before the start of the exams, and participants who come after that are not allowed into the exam building.

 

In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance times were set for the exam participants and the time was indicated on the graduation certificate. Therefore, it is necessary to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form.

 

Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:

 

- Admission to the exam;

 

- Declaration of health (printed and signed together with the transcript. As the transcript is kept by the applicant, and the declaration of health is handed over to the examiner, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet);

 

- Original identity document:

 

a) ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16);

 

b) permits issued by the State Migration Service to foreigners and stateless persons, and refugee cards issued to foreign citizens and their family members who have received refugee status;

 

- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and affixed with photos (a 3x4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).

 

A total of 168 exam buildings and 2,873 examination halls were allocated in the cities and districts where the exams were held. 168 general exam supervisors, 473 exam supervisors, 3748 supervisors-teachers, 380 graduation employees, 168 building representatives were involved in the management of the exams.
