UNESCO report “A Global Framework of Reference on Digital Literacy Skills for Indicator 4.4.2 (Global Framework for Digital Literacy Skills for Indicator 4.4.2)” provides information on ICDL international exams organized by the Ministry of Education and Science and ICT literacy of these exams International standards and other international exams in this field.

 

UNESCO's A Global Framework of Reference on Digital Literacy Skills for Indicator 4.4.2, developed as part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4.4, is based on research in more than 50 countries and describes the following exams. also includes comparison:

 

International Computer License (ICDL) - recognized in 31 countries;
Certiport Certificate in Internet and Computing (IC³) - recognized in 13 countries;
The Microsoft Digital Literacy Standard Curriculum is recognized in 11 countries.

 

The State Examination Center (SEC) offers ICDL international exams as the only accredited testing center approved by ICDL Europe for candidates wishing to certify computer skills in Azerbaijan from November 2020.
