Mediation was organized in Ismayilli region on October 14.

The purpose of the media tour is to get acquainted with the training process on "Drone control and accurate agronomy" conducted by Israeli specialists at the Ismayilli State Vocational Training Center, to hold a meeting with educators participating in the 44-day Patriotic War in Ismayilli region.

The media tour was attended by Deputy Minister of Education Firudin Gurbanov, head of the Ismayilli District Executive Power Nahid Bagirov, Director of the State Agency for Vocational Education Valeh Mirzaliyev, head of the STEAM Azerbaijan project Igrar Nazarov, heads of media organizations and media representatives.

Participants of the media tour first got acquainted with the material and technical base of the Ismayilli State Vocational Education Center, the created conditions, specialty rooms. Afterwards, trainings on "Drone control and precision agronomy" were held at the center. The participants of the training flew drones in the field, presented the rules of using the drone, the goals set for the next stage. It was noted that the trainings are organized by the State Agency for Vocational Education and the STEAM Azerbaijan project by Israeli specialists. Currently, trainers are being trained in Ismayilli, and next year a new specialty will be created as a pilot to train drone operators at the vocational training center. These drones are powered by artificial intelligence. In the near future, farmers and entrepreneurs working in the field of agriculture will be able to benefit from the activities of these drones.

A total of 15 teachers working in vocational schools and teaching STEAM classes participated in the trainings, which will last until October 19. The purpose of the training is to study the management of modern drones in the relevant direction for the application of high technologies in agriculture and to conduct training for new specialties. It was noted that agricultural drones are used in various fields of agriculture. As a result of the application of this technology, the speed of work and the percentage of productivity can be increased many times.

After getting acquainted with the Vocational Education Center, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev erected in Ismayilli was visited and flowers were laid in front of it.

The media tour participants also visited the Alley of Martyrs, as well as the grave of Famil Ahmadzadeh, a history teacher at Ismayilli School-Lyceum No. 3.

Then, the Martyrs' Monument was visited in the yard of Ismayilli school-lyceum No. 3 and a tree-planting campaign "From Victory to Green Thought" dedicated to Victory Day was organized by the Ministry of Education.

As part of the media tour, a meeting was held with educators who participated in the 44-day Patriotic War in Ismayilli region.

At the end, the mediators visited the family of the martyred teacher Famil Ahmadzadeh, who was commemorated on October 14. Deputy Minister of Education Firudin Gurbanov and head of the Ismayilli District Executive Power Nahid Bagirov thanked the parents of the martyred teacher for raising such a son, expressed their condolences to them and stressed that the memory of our martyrs will always be remembered.
