Training was held at the Department of Scientific Information and Elmmetry of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS.

Firudin Asgarov, a junior researcher at the Institute of Information Technology, spoke about the electronic library services, scientific research, anti-plagiarism and DOI services of the Scientific Information and Science Department.

Speaking about the e-library services sector, the speaker said that the library uses the Alephino Library Management System (AMS) owned by Exlibris. He also presented the statistics of employees' intellectual information services and Alephino KIS. He also informed about the sector of scientific research.

Speaking later, the head of the Department of Scientific Information and Elmmetry Madina Saidova said that providing employees with the necessary scientific information is one of the important activities of the institute. He noted that the activities of the Department of Scientific Information and Elmmetry have been improved in accordance with modern requirements, the latest technologies have been installed to ensure the security of the electronic library, identification of resources, self-service of readers.
