Without parental care, access to social services will be increased for neglected and socially defenseless children, and better education will be provided for children with disabilities under the age of 18.
It is reflected in the "Action Plan on the Implementation of the 2020-2025 Children's Strategy" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 27, 2020.
The aim of the Action Plan is to create a flexible institutional mechanism in the field of protection of children's rights and to strengthen the influence of the relevant state institutions (institutions).
