According to him, the Ministry of Education inspected several areas in Absheron:

"Additional educational buildings will be built in secondary schools No. 1 and 3 in the Palace, No. 3 in Gobustan and No. 2 in Jeyranbatan.

Taking into account the need, new school buildings will be built in these areas in the coming years. Construction of 1 school building has already started in Khirdalan and 2 in Masazir settlement. One new school building is being built in Saray settlement, and the building of secondary school No. 2 is being renovated. "
