Restrictions on coronavirus have been eased in Israel.

The law on the mandatory wearing of medical masks in public places has been repealed. However, it remains mandatory to wear a mask indoors outside the private living area. In addition, traditional education in the country has been fully restored.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel is a model country and a leader in the fight against the coronavirus.
