According to Tehsil.biz, Elchin Musazadeh, a student of Baku Technical and Humanitarian Lyceum No. 2, and Yusif Gasimov, a student of School No. 220, won bronze medals at the 37th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad in Romania.

The capital's schoolchildren have successfully represented our country at the XVII International Jautykov International Olympiad in Physics, Mathematics and Informatics (IZhO) in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Thus, Yusif Gasimov, an 11th grade student of school-lyceum No. 220, won a silver medal, Javad Ismayilzadeh, a 10th grade student of school-lyceum No. 72, and Rustam Tahmazov, an 11th grade student of secondary school No. 117, won bronze medals. Amin Jalilov, an 11th grade student of secondary school No. 269, won a bronze medal in computer science.
Aydin Suleymanli, a student of Baku Secondary School No. 249, achieved great success at the Vladimir Bato Kontic tournament in Niksic, Montenegro. A. Our team won the second place in the event attended by students from Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.
