A book has been published that reflects the main dates of academician Telman Aliyev's life and scientific activity, a bibliography of his works - books and reports, as well as sources written about the scientist.

The book "Noise technology and control systems" is intended for scientists and specialists working in the field of informatics, applied mathematics, engineering and other applied sciences, university students, as well as a wide readership.

It should be noted that the editor of the book, recommended for publication by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Management Systems, is Doctor of Philosophy in Technology, Associate Professor Tahir Alizade.
