After creating a "personal cabinet" and entering the necessary funds into the account, in order to participate in the exams, it is necessary to register on the Internet portal of the Ministry of Education through the "Online registration for participation in the civil service entrance test" or "Continuation of activities in the civil service" services, respectively. . The amount paid by the candidates who registered and did not participate in the examination is not refundable.
