With the support of the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "Networking of Young Leaders" project was implemented by the "Bridge to the Future" Youth Public Union within the "NETWORK" program of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Tehsil.biz informs that the purpose of the project was to improve soft skills of 40 young people aged 14-29 selected from the city of Ganja and Goranboy district, to reveal young people with leadership potential, to increase their knowledge about management and to ensure networking among them.

The 2-day trainings covered the topics of "pitching-persuasion", "strategic thinking", "communication and teamwork skills", "career prospects of volunteering" and "time management". In addition to training and sessions, young people participated in various energizers, divided into groups and prepared presentations on given topics, and discussed them as a team.
