The second exam on "Azerbaijani language" will be held

The State Examination Center will hold a test exam on "Azerbaijani language" (as a state language) on June 24.

 

The exam will be held in Baku, Nakhchivan, Sheki, Khachmaz and Ganja in a total of 12 buildings.

 

The exam starts at the same time in all buildings - at 11:00. 15 minutes before the start of the exam - at 10:45 the graduation mode ends. After that, the participants are not allowed in the exam building.

 

Participants must bring the following documents to the exam:

 

- Admission to the exam;

 

- Health declaration (you print and sign it together with the transcript. As the transcript is kept by the entrant, and the declaration of health is handed over to the examiner, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet);

 

- Original identity document:

 

a) ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16);

 

b) permits issued by the State Migration Service to foreigners and stateless persons, and refugee cards issued to foreign citizens and their family members who have received refugee status;

 

- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and pasted photos (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).

 

Applicants belonging to the following categories (11th grade students) will take part in the exam.

 

1. Graduates of the current year who for any reason do not participate in the Azerbaijani language (as the state language) exam held on May 20, 2021 at the level of full (11-year) secondary education within the final exam. 2. The section where you will take the exam on May 20 and receive an unsatisfactory (less than 50 points) grade and apply for admission to higher education institutions and secondary special education institutions on the basis of full (11-year) secondary education entrants of the current year, indicating the "Russian section" in the section;

 

3. Graduates of previous years who have applied for admission to higher education institutions and secondary special education institutions on the basis of full (11-year) secondary education, indicating the "Russian section" in the section of the section in which they will take the exam in the electronic application.

A total of 2432 entrants (students in Baku, 1936, 3 in Nakhchivan, 250 in Ganja, 88 in Sheki, 155 in Khachmaz) are expected to take part in the exam.

 

12 general exam supervisors, 31 exam supervisors, 221 supervisors-teachers, 24 graduation officers (security guards), 12 building representatives were allocated to manage the exam.
