Murad Mukhtar oglu Jahangirov was born in 1986 in Saatli region. He had secondary education in 1993-2004.
In 2004 he entered the Faculty of Physics of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2008 and in the same year was admitted to the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University for a master's degree in "Semiconductor Physics". In 2009 he continued his master's degree. He graduated with a master's degree in 2011. In 2011-2012 he worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the "Laboratory of Radiation Physics of Devices" at the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS, until 2012-2019 he worked as a researcher at the "Radiation Physics of Semiconductors" of the same institute. In 2013-2016 he studied at the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS for a doctorate in "Radiation Materials Science". M.M. Jahangirov successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Physics in 2018, performing his dissertation at the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS and the State University of Belarus.
During his work at the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS, he won 2 grant competitions. As a result of his work, he published a total of 34 scientific works, including 18 scientific articles and 26 theses in international and local journals. Speaking at local and international conferences, he was awarded numerous diplomas and certificates, in 2015 was one of the winners of the competition "The best scientific research work" among doctoral students dedicated to the 70th anniversary of ANAS. In 2019, he was awarded a diploma by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS and the Trade Union for his active scientific and social activities on the occasion of February 2 - Youth Day. Currently, he works as a senior lecturer at the "Radio Engineering and Telecommunications" department of AzTU. In 2020, he was elected a member of the "Working Group on Quality Control in Education" organized on the initiative of the rector of AzTU, Professor Vilayat Valiyev. In 2021, he was elected chairman of the TEC of the Faculty of Information and Telecommunication Technologies.
In 2021, he published 2 scientific articles and 1 thesis in journals indexed in international databases, and in addition to his scientific activity, he led the scientific and pedagogical practice of masters during his pedagogical activity.
