The new building for 432 pupils, built for the Goyunbinasi village secondary school of Yevlakh region, is being completed.

Kamil Jamilov, the executor of the construction work, told the regional correspondent of AZERTAC that the total construction area of the two-storey school building is 2,400 square meters. The school has 18 classrooms, chemistry, biology and physics laboratories, technology, military training, computer and computer technology booths, rooms for pre-school groups, sports and assembly halls, a library, a canteen and administrative rooms. The building is provided with heating, electricity and surveillance systems. New inventory and equipment were brought to the school.
A boiler house, generator, drinking, sewage and fire reservoirs were built in the school yard, a sub-artesian well was dug and a monument to the martyrs was erected. At present, the yard is being landscaped, asphalt is being laid and a sports ground is being prepared. The school will be open to teachers and students in the new school year.

The construction of a new building for the Goyunbinasi village school has caused great joy to residents, intellectuals, teachers, students and parents. The director of the school, Sadaddin Rahimov, said that the building, built in 1956, did not have good conditions for teaching. This had a negative impact on the quality of education. Despite the difficulties, the school was very successful.

“Graduates of our school have always been selected from other schools in the region. Last academic year, 14 of our graduates took part in entrance exams, 10 of them were admitted to various universities in the country. The old school building has been replaced by a new one. The construction of a new school building increases our responsibility. We will work more enthusiastically in the new school, we will try to justify the trust shown to us, "Rahimov said.
