The award ceremony of the "Star of Education" competition among educators was held with the support of the Ministry of Education and organized by the "T-Network" educators' experience and communication platform. The ceremony was attended by members of the jury - Shahlar Asgarov, Vafa Kazdal, Najaf Allahverdiyev, Rashad Bayramov, and the finalists were awarded.

Diplomas and gifts were presented to 4 finalists selected by the jury - Abdulkhalig Mammadli, Elchin Abbasov, Fatima Mammadova, Lala Orujov. Lala Orujova, who won the competition, was also awarded the "Star of Education" trophy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Education, Professor Shahlar Asgarov, member of the council, honored teacher Asif Jahangirov, public speaking specialist Najaf Allahverdiyev, communication specialist Rashad Bayramov spoke about the importance of the competition and congratulated the finalists.

 
It should be noted that the purpose of the "Star of Education" competition is to find new approaches and ideas that can be applied in the educational process, contribute to the development of education, based on real experience, convey to a wide audience, thus identifying innovations and presenting them "Star of Education" was. Participants prepared a speech to present their ideas, recorded a video and submitted it to the competition, and all speeches were posted on the youtube page of T-Network (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdQaU3GzOrTYqapADPkMzdA). The authors of the 4 best ideas presented their speeches live at the final event. Thus, the "Star of Education" was chosen during the live broadcast.
