Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev will receive residents of Goygol, Goranboy, Agstafa, Gazakh, Tovuz, Shamkir, Gadabay, Dashkasan, Kalbajar, Khojaly regions and Ganja via video link on June 25 at 16:00. The reception is also open to IDPs temporarily settled in those areas.

The statement came from the Ministry of Education. It was noted that residents of the region and the city can register for a video reception by calling the Call Center of the Ministry "146-1" (only on weekdays) until June 23 at 18:00 or by e-mail through the official website of the Ministry.

The main purpose of the video reception is to expand the opportunities for citizens to apply to the Ministry of Education using modern technologies, to create opportunities for people living in the regions to communicate directly with officials via video link without visiting the ministry's office.

Citizens will be allowed into the room where the video reception will take place on the basis of the list of applicants and identity documents. Relevant sanitary-hygienic norms must be observed at the place of reception. No more than one person may be present at a video reception at the same time in connection with an appeal.

If it is necessary to submit the necessary documents related to the citizen's application during the video reception, he will have the opportunity to submit these documents directly to the authorized employee of the institution where the reception was held or in electronic form. These documents will be sent to the Ministry of Education for investigation.

Responses to inquiries requiring an investigation will be made in electronic form via the e-mail address specified by the citizen, or at the request of the applicant in writing or orally by telephone.
