A meeting with the chairman of the Youth Union of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) Bakhtiyar Islamov and active members of the party was held at the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC) on June 23.

According to UNEC, the rector of the university, Professor Adalat Muradov acquainted the youth with the conditions created at the university. First, the new memorial complex "Martyrs of UNEC" created in the courtyard of the university was visited. After getting acquainted with the 24/7 library, UNEC External Center, reading room, Yunus Center, museum, the meeting continued in the assembly hall.

Rector Adalat Muradov told the youth about the innovations at the university and the measures taken to improve the quality of education. He stressed that the UNEC brand, known in 13 countries around the world, has strengthened its position and is included in the international QS rankings.

The rector also spoke about the establishment of a student-centered university, the digitalization of higher education institutions, the challenges of the new era, and said that the transition to digital education is inevitable. Advising young people to acquire professional competencies and innovative projects, Professor Adalat Muradov said that UNEC is always open to youth initiatives.

Bakhtiyar Islamov thanked the rector of the university, member of the YAP Board Adalat Muradov for the conditions created for the acquaintance, and expressed confidence that the goals will be achieved soon in the light of the innovations signed at the university. The majority of UNEC graduates are in the newly formed union. This indicator contains many points. The conditions created at the university, the calls you make are a manifestation of attention and care for young people. Creating such conditions for young people places a great responsibility on them. They are able to take advantage of these opportunities to gain more knowledge and contribute to the development of the country in the future.

The event, which was held in the form of a discussion, answered questions of young people, and expressed confidence that cooperation with the university will continue with the implementation of new projects.
