From today, the selection of programs and specializations for admission to master's programs of higher education institutions and ANAS for the 2021/2022 academic year begins.
Tehsil.biz reports that the selection of specializations will be held until July 5.
Undergraduates who meet the minimum requirements set by the results of the first or second attempt of the entrance exam held on February 28 and May 26, 2021 (as well as the aptitude test in some programs) and have the right to participate in the choice of specialization are admitted to the program and specialization.
It should be noted that the holding of exams twice this year has had a positive impact on the number of those admitted to the choice of specialization. 16,624 bachelors met the minimum requirements and gained the right to participate in the selection of specializations. Last year, the figure was 11,615 people.
Bachelors eligible to participate in the competition must choose the program and specialization via the Internet to participate in the competition of specializations for admission to master's programs of higher education institutions and ANAS from June 29 to July 5, 2021. Undergraduates can participate in the selection of specializations and competitions on the basis of their results (scores) in any attempt at the exam. If the bachelor participates in both attempts, he / she participates in the competition with the score he / she gained from the first or second exam, depending on his / her choice. Undergraduates who meet the conditions of both examinations choose the exam result they want to participate in the competition.
During the selection of specializations, the bachelor selects the program (s) corresponding to his / her specialty and the code of up to 20 specializations related to that program (s) and enters and approves them in the "Bachelor's e-specialization application" in the desired sequence, ie all selected specializations may belong to one or more admission programs, which have the right to choose according to the selection schedule for the specialty for which the bachelor graduated (the list of specializations and places allocated for these specializations will be published in the 4th issue of "Magistr" magazine in the coming days).
Only bachelors who have selected and approved the program and specializations in the "Bachelor's e-application" will be admitted to the competition within the specified time.
