From July 1, the service of receiving documents for the doctoral level of higher education has been activated on the platform https://portal.edu.az/.

According to the Ministry of Education, thanks to this service, those who want to be admitted to higher education institutions and scientific organizations connected to the "Centralized Education Information System" will be able to apply through the "Personal Cabinet" and track their application status.

Electronic application and organization of applications through digital technologies will create conditions for more flexible and high-quality organization of processes. Students will be able to get information about the progress of the application, exam results and other innovations through their "Personal Cabinet" without wasting time and without leaving the place. At the same time, registration through the portal will create conditions for the collection of data in a single electronic database, its integration with other services, ensuring comprehensive analysis and accountability.
