Dear graduates! Congratulations on graduating from the Academy! As last year, this year we could not celebrate graduation in the traditional way.

    Classes have been held online for a year and a half. This is also a destiny. It is gratifying that you graduate from the Academy as citizens of the victorious country.

    Under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, our mighty army has put an end to our 30-year lineage. Within 44 days, our lands were liberated from the occupying enemies. May God have mercy on our martyrs!

    Dear graduates, I always repeat what I told our graduates: “You can achieve your goals only by relying on yourself. To do this, you need to know the value of time. Remember that time is not a commodity. Try not to waste your time. Do not leave one job unfinished and run after another. Proceed to your goal with restraint and confidence. Never be arrogant. Be uncompromising in the face of injustice. ”
   

 I would like to remind you of the 135th verse of Surat an-Nisa 'in the Holy Qur'an:
