On June 25, 2021, the defense of the doctoral dissertation of Imdad Mustafa oglu Bayramov, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology, Baku State University (BSU) on "Socio-psychological issues of separatism in the context of globalization."
In the dissertation the socio-psychological features of separatism are systematically and scientifically-constructively analyzed and radical and cruel forms of ethnopsychological features of Armenian separatism are studied. The problem of separatism has been analyzed in the dynamics of globalization processes and the mechanisms of its strong impact on the human psyche have been studied.
It has been established that separatism activates the potential of the mass psyche of social groups, raises its archaic elements, creates new forms of identity, creates difficult adaptation problems, eliminates the common interests that unite people in society and the common values formed on them.
