  Announces admission to doctoral and dissertation programs on Doctor of Philosophy and Science programs in accordance with the order No. 356 s dated June 22, 2021

         Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have completed a master's degree in higher education (defending a master's dissertation) or whose education is equivalent to it are admitted to doctoral and dissertation programs on the basis of competition.

         The right to receive the degree of "Doctor of Philosophy" by dissertation has the scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher education institutions, scientific and other organizations with certain achievements in the field of relevant research. Applicants must have at least two years of research or teaching experience.

  Selected by those who want to enter the dissertation on the Doctor of Science program

 required to work in accordance with the specialty.

        The deadline for applications for doctoral and dissertation programs in the doctoral and doctoral programs is July 15, 2021. Applicants who have successfully passed the foreign language exam for the Doctor of Philosophy program will take the Philosophy exams on September 1, 2, 3, 2021, and the specialty exams on September 9, 10, 2021.

        Admission to doctoral and dissertation programs under the Doctor of Philosophy and Science program will be carried out electronically through the Centralized Information System of Education (CIS). Those wishing to submit documents for doctoral and dissertation studies should visit the website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az, select the service "Student admission and registration of higher and secondary special education institutions" and register in accordance with the instructions.
