Preliminary investigation on the criminal case of Shukurova Hagigat Avaz gizi and Ibrahimov Emil Ramiz oglu, director of Kalbajar district school No. 23 located in Binagadi district of Baku, has been completed.

The materials collected on the criminal case have been sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration, BiG.AZ reports quoting Lent.az. The case was handed over to Judge Faig Ganiyev.

He was charged under Article 312.2 of the Criminal Code (bribery or repeated bribery of an official for intentional illegal actions (inaction)).

It should be noted that H. Shukurova became famous in mid-May this year with a video of herself in her car to the sound of music. He was convicted of fraud in June and dismissed by Binagadi District Court Judge Faig Amiraliyev.
