The Azerbaijan Theological Institute (ATI) has held an online meeting in connection with the end of the spring semester of the 2020/2021 academic year.
According to Tehsil.biz, the event, organized online via the Microsoft Teams platform, was attended by AII management, teachers and students.
Rector of the AII, Doctor of Philosophy in Theology Agil Shirinov addressed the meeting and congratulated on the successful completion of the spring semester, as well as the summer exam session.
Shirinov called on students to take an active part in vaccination to prevent the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the start of classes in person.
The head of AII recommended students to take an active part in language courses and competitions on various topics held at AII. He touched upon the organization of summer and winter schools for students, as well as trips to different regions of the country, the continuation of education abroad under the Mevlana and Erasmus + programs.
The rector of the institute then congratulated the recipients of various scholarships based on the performance of students at last summer's exam session.
It should be noted that according to the results obtained during the exam session (UOMG), in addition to student scholarships, students are also awarded scholarships.
The meeting continued with discussions on issues of interest to students.
