The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education held a four-day seminar on "The role of experts in accreditation assessment" for the academic and administrative staff of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AUAC).

Asiman Ilyasov, the head of the Training and Methodology Department of TKTA, made a presentation at the seminar. The participants were informed about the "Rules for accreditation of educational institutions" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on December 14, 493 and the role, importance and minimum requirements for experts to participate in the accreditation assessment of higher education institutions in accordance with these rules. The new edition emphasizes the differences between the accreditation rules approved by the previous edition. At the same time, the issue of organizing relevant trainings for certified representatives and certification of experts to the "Expert Bank" established by the Agency was brought to attention.

After the presentation, the questions of the representatives were answered.
