The Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARTI) continues a series of webinars dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the world-famous scientist, founder of fuzzy logic theory Lotfi Zade. The next webinar will be held on July 14, 2021 at 19:00 on "Lotfi Zadeh: a revolution in thinking, logic, science."

The speaker at the webinar will be Elkhan Baylarov, Head of the Department of Psychology and Special Education of the Center for Scientific and Pedagogical Research of ARTI, Doctor of Psychology, Associate Professor.

Elkhan Baylarov has been a member of the Expert Council on Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2014. He has been involved in the development of curricula, including content and assessment standards, for education reform in Azerbaijan. Baylarov was a national adviser to the Ministry of Education and the Dutch Cito Group. He is the author of more than 100 scientific-methodical and pedagogical works, more than 25 programs, textbooks, books and booklets, as well as the first collection of logical tests in Azerbaijan "One question 880 answers or a treasure of a thousand and one secrets (2002)".

The event is open to professors and teachers of higher and secondary special education institutions, researchers, doctoral students and dissertators, masters, school principals and other pedagogical staff.
