The next webinar was held at the Research Institute of Applied Mathematics under Baku State University.

Hajar Movsumova, an employee of the Institute of Mathematics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, made a report on "Asymptotic behavior of special numbers of the Bessel operator equation with unlimited operator coefficients."

The solution of the boundary value problem is given for the Bessel operator equation with unlimited operator coefficients, which includes a spectral parameter in the boundary condition. In the solved problem, the operator's special numbers are found, and some auxiliary lemmas are proved, and the asymptotic distribution of the boundary value problem is shown at the end.

The webinar was attended by Professor of Mathematics Faculty of Ordu University of Turkey Erhan Set and Professor of Mathematics Faculty of Ataturk University Ahmet Ocak Akdemir, Professor of Mathematics Department of Zanjan University of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Shukru.
