The last sessions of the "School Reports" for the 2020-2021 academic year covered general education institutions of Binagadi and Khatai districts.

Mehriban Valiyeva, Head of the Baku City Education Department (BCED), Khayala Ahmadzadeh, Deputy Head of the Department, Fuad Babayev, Head of the General Education Sector, Anar Mustafazadeh, Head of the Quality Control Sector, Sevinj Rasulova, Head of the General Sector, Turan Zakariyeva, Methodist of the Training Support Center directors attended.

Speaking at the hearings at secondary schools No. 283 and 171 in the capital, Mehriban Valiyeva said that the "School Reports" played an important role in achieving the goals set in general education and it was important to continue this work on a regular basis.

In her speech, Mehriban Valiyeva stressed the importance of improving the management of general education institutions, the school principal's constant focus on accountability, division of responsibilities and monitoring of development, increasing the public image of schools, education, project implementation, attendance.

The head of the department also spoke about the work done in the priority areas identified in the order of the Minister of Education "On current issues and goals related to general education in the 2020-2021 academic year", management principles set in the state standards of general education in the Republic of Azerbaijan. He spoke about the achievements in the development of education and the tasks ahead.

After hearing the reports of school principals, Fuad Babayev, Head of the General Education Sector, and Anar Mustafazadeh, Head of the Quality Control Sector, made a presentation on the analysis of general education schools in Binagadi and Khatai districts and the results of monitoring exams and final exams in IV, VIII and IX grades. TDM Methodist Turan Zakariyeva conducted a training on "Needs and recommendations for school management and organization of pedagogical work."

The discussions focused on orientation in general education schools, quality control, effective approaches to improving the quality of education, methods and forms of quality improvement, supply, parent-student-school relations in schools, organization of educational work, ensuring more effective communication of innovations in educational institutions and Opinions on other relevant topics were heard, questions on issues of interest were answered.

It should be noted that the main purpose of listening to "School Reports" is the organization of the educational process in general education schools, the proper organization of methodological work that directly affects the quality of general education, increasing the role of effective management in schools, ensuring a healthy and creative environment in schools. It is aimed at raising the level of education, creating healthy competition, proper work with talented students and expanding the Olympic movement, expanding children's pre-school education, discussing the application of bias at the level of full secondary education and ensuring a qualitatively new stage of education.
