The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education has announced the statistics of applications for recognition for June. Thus, 144 out of 208 appeals completed in 16 days in June were approved and relevant certificates were issued, while the appeals of 64 people ended in a negative decision.

33 people applied due to unsatisfactory level of knowledge of the language of instruction, 27 due to insufficient level of education in the country where they studied, 2 due to non-traditional education, and 2 due to other reasons.

Looking at the number of applications by country, there are 77 applications from Russia, 62 from Ukraine, 37 from Turkey, 8 from Georgia, 5 from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, and 19 from other countries.

As for the most popular specialties, 34 were registered in law, 17 in economics, 15 in management, 13 in medicine, and 8 in finance and credit.
