The interview will be conducted online from August 10, 2021 to August 20, 2021.

List of documents to be submitted:

- an application addressed to the rector, indicating the chosen specialty, language of instruction and form of education (the application can also be submitted in electronic form);

- Notarized copy of the document (documents) on education (documents) and its translation into the Azerbaijani language, indicating the subjects passed at the previous level (level) of education and the grades received from those subjects and duly legalized (or apostilized);

- health certificate, including the absence of carriers of AIDS, Hepatitis B and C viruses;

- valid border crossing document;

- 3x4 cm digital photo;

- Certificate of examination in the language of instruction (if any);

- Copies of honorary awards, certificates, diplomas and other similar documents (if any);

- Letter of support about the bidder.

Note: 1. Foreign citizens with a permanent residence permit (STP series) issued by the Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan can be admitted to BSU only on the basis of entrance examinations conducted by the State Examination Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. Along with foreign citizenship, persons with citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan are prohibited to submit documents to BSU as foreign citizens.
