Those admitted to the master's degree of Baku Engineering University must register for higher education institutions electronically. Registration will last from July 13 to 22, 2021.
Unregistered bachelors will be removed from the admissions list.
Documents required for registration of bachelors admitted by state order and on a paid basis:
· Military registration card (white ticket) or military ticket (pages with photo and stamp) - (for boys)
· Receipt of payment of annual tuition fees (only for those admitted on a paid basis)
· Certificate of graduation for current year graduates, diplomas and supplements for graduates of previous years
· 3x4 size photo
· Copy of ID card
· Job number and username provided by MFA
Documents required for bachelors released from education:
1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Status of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons” (IDPs) studying in state higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with IDP status are exempted from education during their education.
Documents required for registration in addition to the documents on the list:
· Original and copy of ID card
· Original and copy of his / her IDP card (notarized with 1 registration stamp for 2021)
· Birth certificate and copy
2. “Educated children of persons who became disabled during the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan and died for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, missing in connection with military operations and declared dead by the court shall be exempt from education. are made.
Required documents:
· Document and copy confirming death for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, disappearance due to military operation and death by a court (notarized)
· Student's birth certificate

3. “Family members who have received the status of a martyr's family are exempted from education during their education.
Required documents:
· Document and copy confirming the martyrdom of the parent (notarized)
· Student's birth certificate
· Original and copy of student's ID card (notarized)
4. “Orphans and persons deprived of parental care (persons under the age of 18 who have lost both parents; children deprived of parental care; persons under the age of 18 whose parents have died and whose parents are disabled in groups I and II) for registration In addition to the documents on the list, you must submit the following documents:
· Document and copy confirming deprivation of parental care (notarized)
· Student's birth certificate
· Original and copy of student's ID card (notarized)
Applies to persons under 23 years of age studying full-time.
5. Persons with disabilities of I and II degrees: - Information on the last examination in the Medical and Social Expert Commission of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (Form 88) and a copy of the birth certificate. If the certificates are not in electronic form, a copy of the certificate must be notarized.
