Applications for undergraduates to higher education institutions are accepted via the Internet until August 10. Sub-bachelors wishing to pursue higher education in specialties requiring special skills relevant to their specialty must approve their applications by July 23.

This was reported to Tehsil.biz by the State Examination Center (SEC). It was noted that the sub-bachelors, after creating a "Personal Cabinet" on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science ekabinet.dim.gov.az, enter the relevant website of the Center and approve the form "Sub-bachelor's electronic application." As of 12:10 today, 7411 undergraduates have approved their e-applications.
