Acceptance of documents for doctoral education abroad for the autumn semester of 2021 within the "State Program to increase the international competitiveness of the higher education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023" will continue until July 31.

This was reported to Tehsil.biz by the Ministry of Education. It was noted that citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan wishing to study or study at prestigious foreign universities can participate in the adoption of the document.

The program is designed for candidates preparing for admission to doctoral programs in priority specialties and currently studying at the doctoral level in relevant fields. The education of the program participants is financed by the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
