Registration for the master's degree will be carried out through the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education institutions" through the system of the Ministry of Education portal.edu.az.
Undergraduates can apply electronically and pay tuition fees through a plastic card through portal.edu.az and the government payment portal.
Note that registration will last until July 22. Those who succeed in the master's degree exam can apply in electronic form, including portal.edu.az, by adding the required documents and information.
