The State Examination Center announces the selection of specializations for admission to the vacant places of higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan and masters of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences for the 2021/2022 academic year from 5 to 11 August 2021.

Admission to the vacant places is carried out through a competition based on the points gained in the first or second attempt of the entrance exam held on February 28 and May 26, 2021 (competition conditions). Bachelors who meet the established minimum requirements and have the right to participate in the selection of specializations, based on the results of the first or second attempt of the master's entrance exam (in some programs, as well as the aptitude test) are allowed to choose vacant specializations.

To participate in the competition for vacancies, these bachelors must enter the relevant page of the website of the Ministry of Education and Science by 23 August at 23:59 and confirm the codes of their chosen specialties in the "Bachelor's e-specialization application".

Undergraduates can participate in the selection of specializations and competitions on the basis of their results (scores) in any attempt at the exam. Undergraduates who meet the conditions of both examinations choose the exam result they want to participate in the competition.

During the specialization selection, the bachelor selects the program (s) corresponding to his / her specialty and the code of up to 20 specializations related to that program (s), enters and approves them in the "Bachelor's e-specialization application" in the desired order ("Master's level" Schedule of specialization selection (presented in electronic form in the magazine "Master" 3 on the website of the MFA).

The list of specializations with vacancies was published in the 6th issue of "Magistr" magazine.
