A graduate of the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), Kamal Bagirli has won a scholarship from the German government.

According to BANM, K. Bagirli was admitted to the master's program at Kaiserslautern University.

It should be noted that 6 BANM graduates won the German DAAD scholarship program.
