By the order of the rector of the university, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Ibrahim Jafarov, Zeynalli Elay Jalal oglu was appointed the head of the Education department of the educational institution.

Zeynalli Elay Jalal oglu was born on March 28, 1995 in the city of Ganja. He is Azerbaijani. In 2001-2012 he studied at the secondary school in Ganja.

In 2012, he entered the bachelor's degree in "Finance" at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, graduating in 2016. In the same year, he was admitted to the master's degree of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University in the specialty "Accounting and Auditing in the Sphere of Production", and in 2018 he graduated with honors.
Since 2019, he is a part-time doctoral student at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, specialty 5303.01 - "Accounting".

From 15.09.2018, he worked as an assistant at the Department of "Accounting and Auditing" of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. He headed the examination headquarters of the Faculty of Agribusiness and Management and the student scientific circle "Accountant of the Future" operating under the department.

Participated as a trainer in the trainings on "New rules for the payment of subsidies to agricultural producers" and "Registration and use of the Electronic Agricultural Information System (EEIS)" held by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a trainer at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency. He is an expert on internal quality assurance of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He is the author of about 40 articles and theses, co-author of 12 curricula, 1 methodical instruction and 1 textbook.
