Diplomas were presented to the graduates of the dual degree program of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and the University of Montpellier in France.
Rector Adalat Muradov, who met with the graduates, expressed confidence that the knowledge and skills gained at both universities will be useful in their future activities and careers. The rector said that 18 students graduated from the dual degree program of the University of Montpellier this year, and a total of 46 students successfully participated in the program, which started in 2018. He noted that these young people can play an important role in bringing innovations and international experience to our country.
He said that UNEC has implemented 8 dual degree programs for bachelor's and master's degrees with leading foreign universities, adding that two new dual degree programs will be launched soon and the number of programs will be further increased.
The graduates then spoke about the similarities and differences between education at UNEC and the University of Montpellier, and shared their views on the teaching process of both universities, knowledge assessment, teacher-student relations, and the academic environment.
At the end, diplomas were presented to the graduates.
