Sub-bachelors continue to apply for admission to universities.

The State Examination Center (SEC) said that applications for bachelors will be accepted online until August 10. Sub-bachelors wishing to pursue higher education in specialties that require special skills relevant to their specialty have approved their applications by July 23. Sub-bachelors approve the form "Sub-bachelor's e-application" after creating a "Personal Cabinet" (those who do not have an office) on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science ekabinet.dim.gov.az. As of 11:00 today, 17,992 undergraduates have approved their e-applications.
