Applications for admission of undergraduates to higher education institutions will be accepted via the Internet from July 8, 2021 and will last until 23:59 on August 10.

After creating a "Personal Cabinet" on the website of the State Examination Center ekabinet.dim.gov.az (those who do not have an office), sub-bachelors use the username and password of their personal account and enter the relevant website of the SEP and approve the "Sub-bachelor's electronic application" form.

Educational information related to the sub-bachelor is automatically obtained from the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate".

Sub-bachelors who do not have this information will be sent an electronic e-request to the secondary special education institution after entering the e-application and clicking the "remember" button. After the required information is entered into the system by the officials of the secondary special education institution, a sub-bachelor "sms" notice will be sent.

Educational institutions are responsible for the accuracy of this information entered into the system.

It should be noted that the sub-bachelor must correct the mobile phone number in the "Contact Information" section of the "Personal Cabinet" if the mobile phone number mentioned in the "Personal Cabinet" does not belong to him or has been changed.

After receiving the SMS notification, the sub-bachelor must enter the electronic application and confirm it.

Undergraduates who do not confirm their application by this date will not be admitted to the competition.
