Mingachevir State University (MSU) has started trainings on "Personal Development and Career Planning" for a group of young volunteers from Mingachevir. According to the university, the three-day program, which will last until August 12, will include trainings on various topics by experienced members of the academic and administrative staff of MSU.

Jalil Bagirov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Moscow State University, spoke on the first day of the training on "Teamwork Skills". opened.

Speaking on "Career and personal development", Shalala Guliyeva, a teacher at the Department of Humanities, spoke about the criteria necessary for the personal development of the individual, the benefits to society and the points to pay attention to in terms of career development.

According to the program, Aytaj Javadova, one of the young academic staff of MSU, will be trained on “Effective communication” and “Advantages of studying at MSU”, Shalala Guliyeva on “Labor market”, Jalil Bagirov on “Presentation skills”, Nargiz Hasanova on “Body language” will continue.
