The "Leadership Development in School" training has started for the next group within the "Directors' Club".

The online training, which is attended by 60 school principals from different regions, covers August 9-13. The trainings cover strategic planning, leadership, in-school monitoring and quality control, organizational behavior, teamwork organization and motivation.

The trainings are planned to be continued in stages and are held only for members of the Directors' Club.

It should be noted that the "Directors' Club" was established with the support of the Ministry of Education, the "T-Network" training and communication platform for educators and the Association of Educators, with the general sponsorship of "Kapital Bank".
