Professor of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) Zahid Mammadov has died.
According to Report, Mammadov died at the age of 90.
He worked as a consultant-professor at the "Humanities" department of the university.
It should be noted that he was born on October 31, 1931 in Juvarli village of Fizuli region.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1430 dated April 24, 2006, he was awarded the "Honorary title of Honored Teacher" of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He was awarded the badge "Advanced Education Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan" by the order of the Ministry of Education dated November 2, 2006.
