This was stated by the head of the Department of Science, Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Ministry of Education Nijat Mammadli during a training on "Media and Education Dialogue", Tehsil.biz reports.

He noted that Baku State University, UNEC, Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Baku University of Engineers and Azerbaijan University of Oil and Industry will train personnel within the project. 540 state-ordered places have been allocated for this year.

Mammadli said that the teachers who will teach in these groups are mainly invited from abroad.
