The Center for Distance Education and Quality Assurance of the Baku Engineering University (BMU) has started trainings in connection with the beginning of the new academic year.

For this purpose, training was held for the heads of relevant departments of the university on the concept of quality in education and the principles of ISO 9000 quality management system and documentation, Tehsil.biz reports.

One of the main topics of the trainings was the definition of quality targets for each structure in the enterprise, as well as the development of action plans.

During the trainings, extensive discussions were held on the road map, quality policy, setting quality goals in accordance with the strategic plan of BMU, as well as the application of the ISO 9000 quality management system in the educational institution.
