A meeting with the delegation of the University of South Bohemia was held at Baku State University (BSU).

According to Tehsil.biz, BSU Vice-Rector for Education and Training Technologies Farda Imanov, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations Huseyn Mammadov, Director of the Center for Organization of Scientific Activities and Innovations Mais Suleymanov, Head of Scientific-Organizational Department Matanat Musayeva, International Relations Department Rauf Hasanov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Biology Sabina Omarova, Associate Professor Chingiz Mammadov, Head of the Azerbaijani Representation of the Czech Trade Promotion Agency Pavel Zelenka, Vice-Rector of the University of South Bohemia Hojdekr Michal and Head of Technology Transfer Stemberkova Ruzena.

The meeting focused on expanding academic cooperation between BSU and the University of South Bohemia in the field of natural sciences, exchange of students and academic staff, sharing the experience of the University of South Bohemia in the field of technology transfer with BSU, as well as BSU's joint research projects with Czech universities and companies. Prospects for the commercialization of these projects were discussed. The two universities also exchanged views on the development of a dual degree program at the master's degree level in "Aquatic Bioresources and Aquaculture."
