The Second International Forum on "New Challenges in Education" has started.

Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made an opening speech at the forum, Tehsil.biz reports.

The main purpose of the international forum is to discuss new challenges in education and to further improve the quality.

The International Forum, From Initiative to Implementation, covers virtual education, international assessment, leadership, 21st century skills and sustainable development.

This forum, dedicated to the International Teachers' Day, is guided by the "Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development" adopted by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the document "Education in accordance with the requirements of the XXI century."

The II International Forum "New Challenges in Education" was organized by the T-Network educators' experience and communication platform and the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the support of the Ministry of Education, Azerbaijan Young Teachers Association, One Volunteer Student Cooperation Public Union.
