The selection of faculty for the 2021-2022 academic year has been completed for the SABAH groups covering 11 higher education institutions, as well as the special pilot group of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports (ASAPCS) within the SABAH groups project model.

According to Tehsil.biz, the selection of teachers was carried out in a centralized manner through a competition, consisting of two stages (preliminary assessment and interview based on the submitted documents).

899 applications were received for participation in the competition on 117 vacant subjects. 380 of the applicants passed the interview stage.

During the interviews held on July 13 and 15, commissions were formed in 6 specialties (humanitarian-social, education and language, economics and management, nature, technical and technological, sports). 108 new teachers were selected for the SABAH groups from the teacher selection competition for the new academic year and started teaching in the relevant higher education institutions.
