The family of National Hero, martyred Colonel Ilgar Mirzayev was visited as part of a series of projects dedicated to the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, organized by the Student Youth Organization (SYO) of the Faculty of Arts and Physical Education of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU).

According to Tehsil.biz, the meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of ADPU TGT, members of the Board of TGT of the Faculty of Arts and Physical Education and students.

During the meeting, a portrait of Ilgar Mirzayev painted by Azada Zellabdiyeva, Deputy Head of the TGT of the Faculty of Arts and Physical Education, was presented by the author to the hero's wife Gullu. He spoke to the students with great pride about the memories of Ilgar Mirzayev, his love for his people and his high services, and answered questions about the National Hero.

In the end, the wife of the martyred colonel presented the students with a book dedicated to Ilgar Mirzayev.
